Brenau University's Hosch Theatre

Brenau University's Hosch Theatre

Opened in 2002, the Hosch Theatre is located inside the John S. Burd Center for the Performing Arts, on the Brenau University campus. Named after its donor, Mary Helen Roop Hosch, the theatre sports a proscenium stage complete with orchestra pit and seats an audience of 350.

University of North Georgia-Gainesville's Ed Cabell Theatre

University of North Georgia-Gainesville's Ed Cabell Theatre

Named after Gainesville Theatre Alliance’s first artistic director, the Ed Cabell Theatre seats 200 around a three-quarter thrust stage. This theatre is housed inside the University of North Georgia-Gainesville’s Performing Arts building.

Brenau University's Pearce Auditorium

Pearce Auditorium is a 700-seat, 19th-century opera house, located on the Brenau University campus. “The largest of its kind in the South,” the auditorium was named to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. Pearce has showcased multiple distinguished speakers and performers, including Helen Keller, Ted Shawn, Ruth St. Dennis, Martin Luther King Sr., Dan Rather, Jane Fonda, Maria Von Trapp, the Joffery II Ballet, the Vienna Boys Choir, Ramsey Lewis, Chuck Mangione, and Dave Brubeck.
