What are the GTA Box Office hours?

The GTA Box Office is open Monday-Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm. We are closed on most major holidays.

The Box Office opens at the show venue one hour prior to the published curtain time for ticket sales and will-call pickup.

Where is the GTA Box Office located?

The GTA Box Office is located at at 2900 Landrum Education Dr, Oakwood, GA, inside the Performing Arts Building on the UNG-Gainesville campus. The office is across the lobby from the Ed Cabell Theatre entrance.

How do I contact the Box Office?

You may call the Box Office at 678-717-3624, email BoxOffice@GainesvilleTheatreAlliance.org, or you can stop in during business hours.

Do you offer ADA seating?

Yes. ADA seating is available for all of our venues and performances. Please contact the Box Office to reserve ADA seating.

Are there Assistive Listening Devices available for the hard of hearing?

Yes, Assistive Listening Devices are available for check out at all GTA performances. See a member of the House Staff at the venue for more information.

Can I use my phone/tablet/laptop during a performance?

No. Devices with screens that make sound or emit light are prohibited. It is distracting to the actors and impolite to other patrons (they are very visible from the stage). Please power off and/or silence all electronic devices so that your fellow patrons can enjoy the show and actors can give their best performance.

Can I take photographs or record the show?

No. Taking photographs or videotaping inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.

What if I'm late for the show?

Tickets are valid until the published curtain time. Patrons are encouraged to be in their seats at least 10 minutes prior to showtime. Late patrons will be seated at the discretion of the house manager as soon as possible, but may be seated in available seats near the aisle to avoid disturbing other patrons.

Can I bring my children to the show?

All WonderQuest performances are designed for very young children and we welcome families of all ages to attend.

We discourage children under 5 in the theatre for all other performances. Please respect other patrons by leaving the theatre if your child becomes distracting to others.

All patrons, regardless of age, must be ticketed and occupy their own seat.

Parents should also check age recommendations for each production to best decide if the show will be suitable for their children.

Can I bring food or drink into the theatre?

Food is prohibited in the theatre. Only bottled water is allowed.
